Power of attorney

Sir my question is with reference to my building (first)society meeting where its mentioned  "No Proxy" the flat is in my wife's name , so having a specific POA from my wife can i take part in the meeting. regards homi

Yes. can be participate on behalf of his wife. since Power of Attorney holder acts in the name of the principal.
