Noc-high court

Dear friends,

Good morning.

My husband has filed revision case on interim maintenance granted under dv act.

I filed counter through my advocate.

But now due to certain reasons, I want to take NOC from the said advocate.

But what happens to Vakalath which already he filed in my case in High Court?

Can I take NOC?

Any problem will araise with the Vakalath already filed?

Please advise me.
