there is no fixed fees for services of an advocate ..... therefore it would depend on factors as mentioned by Shonee ......

Court fee would be nominal 10 Rs. I guess
Judge Fee: I doubt that corruption has seeped in so much.

There is no thumb rule. But if you can arrange with police people, then they have their own advicates and their charges are lower than usual. e.g. I paid 50k for AB + bail for 4 pple to lawyer. Later I was quoted just 5k per person by others. So as shonee righly said YOUR PAYING ABILITY AND I WILL ADD FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND MY BEHAVIOUR "OWN FEAR"

Right, there is no fix amount and it is matter of bargain with the Lawyers if you have connections else you will have to pay whatever they demand.
