Hma 24 maintenance amount

Hello Learned members,

I have filed RCR and got maintenance papers in return. Though no section is mentioned , i believe its under HMA 24.

Please let me know how maintenance amount is calculated in this scenario.

Addition : I have been calling her and asking her to return...still she is not willing to come and asking for maintenance. Can this be valid point in fighting HMA 24 ?

It is the discreatrionary power of the court to grant maintenace in RCR cases

There is a settled case law in this regard, if she doesnot have means to sustain and fight the case, she would get maintenance pendente lite and the same would depend upon

Hello sir,

Does that mean this amount would include her maintenance plus expenses for ongoing litigations ? Or this is only to support ongoing litigation expenses?
