Ancesterial land

An ancestral land is under the names of 3 brothers (one is my father) on 7 12 Utara, with other 3 sisters included in the "supplementary section" - Other rights.

My father is now sick and bed ridden. If he dies, do we (me and my 3 sisters) lose right on that land?

One of my father's sister is dead, and has an adopted son (who is son of my fathers brother). Does he have rights to the property- which one?

Thanks for your time and answer.

No you wont loose your share in the share  of your father's in the ancestral property.  In case of death of father his legal heirs will inherit his share.  Adopted son will be entittle for the share in the ancestral share of his adopted mother.

Many Thanks. Considering their father died in late 1960's, how much is the distribution between 3 brothers and 3 sisters according to Hindu Succession Law? All equal 6 shares (according to new ruling from 5th Oct 2011 or at the time of death).
