Law for name change after marriage

Please help..

I want to keep my both the surnames with my name after marriage. (for ex: Harsha Marathe-Bhosale) Is there any law, can i do the same? is there any constraints in future banking / any legal procedures due to this? If i do so, what will be my middle name i should write, fathers or husbands?

Thanks...

File an affidavit and advertisement in two local papaers that you will be known by this name from the day onwrds..

No law is required, for new forms, you can start using new name.

For old documentations you would need to give affidavit and then advertisement and then use the same to get your name changed.
