Do i have any power to use a road which have made on land

My father have sold a part of land for road for a collage. At that time we the owner have assured that we can also use that road for our own use as our other farms are at both side of that road.
But now I have observed that the buywer is constructing a wall at both side of the road. I guess he is trying to close both side of the road.

While selling that land I was 24 Year old.I was not involved in any dicision of my father.

Can I do anything in this case?

Dear rajesh

you can not do but after getting a POA from your father you can do any thing regarding this property.

RIGHT TO USE A ROAD IS AN EASMENTARY RIGHT, NOBODY CANDEPRIVE TO USE A LAND AS ROAD TO ACESS HIS LAND, IF THERE IS PROOF THAT, THE LAND WAS USED AS A PUBLIC ROAD, TO THAT EFFECT ONE CAN FILE A COIVILSUIT WITH A PRAYER TO INJUNCT THE PERSON IN THE MOOD OF BLOCKING THE ROAD. ALSO IN CASE OF URGENCY YOU CAN MOVE THE MAGISTRATE U/S133 CR.P.C. FOR PREVENTING THE PERSON FROM DEPRIVING THE PUBLIC TO USE THAT PIECE OF LAND AS A PUBLIC ROAD
