Maintenance

Good morning all

My husband has an affair with an unmarried girl.The girl knows everything about our marriage and kids.Yet she is keeping relation with my husband.Is she entitled for maintenance if she asks under DV act?

Not unless she remained in a domestic relationship with your husband, whether in the capacity of a keep/ mistress or second wife (though of a void marriage)

Just being a girl friend doesnot entitle her for maintenance.
