Issue in tranfering share certificate in co. op. society

Hi All,

We have a Flat in Co. Opertavie Society in Delhi on my Fathers Name.

I & my mother purchased a another Flat in same society and got Joint Sale Deed done in our Favour.

But Society is not tranfering the share certificate in my & mothers name as my father has already one Flat in Society .

I & my mother has taken loan from bank to buy this Flat..

1. How to share certificate tranfered in my & mothers name as we have also taken joint loan?

if your father had purchased another flat society can take objection . in the present case your mother and you have purchased flat in society . permission ought to have been granted . in case society refuses to do so lodge complaint with registrar of cooperative socities .

also request secretary to give in writing under what provisions of law has he refused transfer of shares .
