is claim affdavit necessry for all witness listed by respondent
what i mean to say here is that respondent has listed only her claim affdavit and list of witnesses
the list of witness is neither mapped in claim affidavit nor they appear in any documents produced by respondent
if i have to cross witness , is claim affidavit not necessary for all witness ?
i read some where that recent ammedement in CPC states that every exam in cheif of witness should be in form of affdavit , so is it not necessary to have claim affdavit to all witnesses
