Fake mlc

Sir

Mlc enclosed herewith was done by PHC Doctor @ aug 23, 2009 ( sunday)

No information was conveyed by him to police even after fabrication of Fake MLC

There is no MLC no.

Doctor registration no is also not available on it

In RTI reply he shows holyday @ Aug 23, 2011 ( no emergency / opd Patient was attended .

Please suggest me in what manner i should complaint to MCI for his cruel act. due to it i am facing 498a & 125 in meeerut , dv, 2005 & 406 in sardhana meerut,

Investigation was not done by I/O regarding it.

Ask the copy of Medico legal register of the PHC under RTI, for the confirmation.

Wife Produced Fabricated MLC after 6 days she left home. FIR its help her frame 323 against me. How to Provo that this MLC is fake? They have contact in government hospital as his Mama's son is also a government doctor but he did not make report instead used his friend for this. Pls advice
