Present Proofs again in HC during CR for Maintenance ?

Dear Ld. Members,

Please suggest if I need to again present documentry proofs related to my and my wife salary and the loan documents again in the HC, if my wife filed for CR against the order passed by District Family Court.

These proofs were already presented to Hon. Judge in Family court and on that basis he passed his order.

2. Instead as reply file certified copies as annexures of the same seeking the same from material records of FC.

3. You must be having a Advocate representing you before HC, seek his help on paper book.
