The government has conveniently forgotten that biiger percentage of citizens work in private sector and bill/law needs to be formulated for them also.

WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE END MAY REALLY BE A NEW BEGINNING.IT MAY JUST BE A BEND IN THE ROAD.

Your representation to the ministry for decision on your memorial is wise step and it is appropriately titled as "anniversary". You are correct in pointing out what are duties, roles and responsibility of the ministry. you are correct to pint out that wise chairman has nothing against you since  one year during which he and his wise advisors must have ate and drank your memorial and must have consumed every word and bit of it..

Hope the ministry has a time tag attached to obtain reply from the wise chairman of your corporation who has otherwise maintained a studied silence. If it is or even if not, your endeavor should be to stir/shake the ministry and minister to shake the wise chairman to deliver the final decision. And...........for god sake if not for the hapless countrymen, the minister, ministry, PM President should at once issue orders to fix a time limit.

You have already pointed out financial constraints and burden.

Since your matter is industrial dispute, do you feel that Labor minister/ministry should also intervene and set deadlines.

The strategy should be stir and shake. If you feel it appropriate escalate the matter to the reporting authority of your wise chairman and ask him to supply you what has been done by whom and what is pending and when the wise chairman shall apply his wise mind.

.The details of your case are perturbing.

You have fought and you are fighting well. The perpetuators deserve no leniency or mercy. Fight your case and let them handle their own funeral.

Your posts are read with interest.

You were victimized and top of that transferred to Gulabpura. The insane action of offenders was stayed by the Ho'ble HC. Despite the fact that one and everyone having knowledge of it, and also company having law graduates, legal officers, HR and personnel officials, who were part of the so called disciplinary proceedings against the affected employee and were present in the conciliation proceedings, none of  these officials and law graduates, legal officers HR and personnel officials drawing huge salaries and perks from public sector company have not bothered to caution the company about contempt of court and mockery of the law of the land, excesses on the hapless employee,  and have silently been party to the offence and carried his master's voice and orders, to the court of law/ALC.

You have met the Chairman and his advisors and legal minds, in person in their office, and have appraised them of the grave offenses against an innocent employee and abuse of power granted to chair in good faith.

Their actions loudly demonstrates that they are hand in glove and have no concern and respect for rights of citizens/employees/ and law of the land.

They are not fit to be left to loose around in a civilized society and its ventures and harm the hapless the citizens and workers.

Their charge on you (leaving HQ-never proved) is not grave, however their offence is grave and should be equated to a crime against the state.

Kindly do not stop and add in your to prayer to HC,SC that a lenient view should not be taken, so that Ho'ble courts take an appropriate view and award the punishment for correction of habitual offenders who have no fear of law and respect for law of land and rights of citizens.

Your case is progressing.

The scope of your findings is very wide. Kindly present everything to the courts of law.Your endeavour is a service to the  nation. Many shall rise with you.

Rs. 10626/ paid to the witness........................this witness Hari Chand traveled from which place to which place, what was the mode, are their any instructions to travel by the shortest route and avail bare min. fair by the most economical route, what is the eligibility/entitlement e.g. car/taxi/by air/ local rickshaw etc.?

Company is extremely generous. But is the company responsible?

Looking into the lavish spending, any one would prefer to spend life in NIACL than to burn midnight oil and prepare for competitions.
