Legal Heirs of a property

3 heirs (wife, 1 major son, 1 major daughter) claims to be the legal heirs of a deceased hindu male's property.
how do I beleive them ? There may be other heirs also for this property (ex: mother of deceased, another son / daughter, illegitamate kids, etc)

which legal document CONFIRMS me that they are the only 3 heirs for this property
(1) Legal heir certificate issued by COURT (MRO is no more issuing this in A.P state)
(2) Succession certificate for Immovable property issued by COURT
(3) File a declaration suit for title & legal heirs and get decree

Which one is the BEST document which confirms the legal heirs of this property ?

Thanks Makkad Sir.

As per Indian Succession Act, succession certificate is issued for debts and securities of the deceased person.

For Immovable property, under what Act/Rules/GO does court issues Succession certificate for legal heirs ?
