how a common man can use bar library

how a common man can use bar library?

in general, it keeps out of reach of the common man (here means, non advocate).

the fund for the bar library comes from the state and central government fund. then

why it is kept out of reach of common man - who use it for their own use for the interest of justice,

where the advocates use it for the purpose of their own business.?

It   is   true   that    the     fund   for    the    BAR     LIBRARY     comes   from   the      STATE    &   Central    Govt.

The     Common    Man    can   use     the    Library    Books   if    He    has      got     friendship   with    the    BAR     Members.

GOVT. fund gives for the bar association mamber for law books.......... not for the public library,

there r so many libraries for public, give their hte  LAW BOOKS requirments!

more over in every district there a law library is also stand, which comes  under control of District judge!

the lay man can go there but he can't approch there! due to JUDICIAL FOBIA!

---   not that.

a lay man will not understand anything naturally they will not be interested, but persons like your chacha, will understand.

in chattisgarh, evry bar lib, it is clearly written that - only advocates are allowed. therefore it is not fobia.

i observed that most of the advocates like to pass time in their own chair.

bar library generally remains unpopulated. but i feel deprived from the services of it.

not me alone, many others have the same feeling.
