Property on my Father's name and is ancesterial property. Can wife claim any right on the property in case of matrimonial dispute by means of wrong cases like DV and others ?

yes she has the right.
upon that basis she can claim maintenance, but not partion.
dv act give her right to stay at her matrimonial residence.
