You had posted that memoroils are submitted to Chairman on 26th May,2010.

What is the outcome.

P.K.Sahu Chief Manager on 05TH April,2011 has written to you in response to your letter dated 5th Jan,2011 to CVC, and pending memorial dated 25th may,2010 that it takes time to go thru each back document, and memorial is under consideration of competent authority, implying memorial is not rejected.

You have raised RTI to know how many cases of memorial with their details  have been kept pending beyond the reasonable time of 6 months. Is it mandatory by any rule to decide on memorial with in 6 months? The maximum time or extentions are taken by the offender to build defence for elf and weaken the complainant.

You have invoked  Industrial Dispute on 24th Feb,2011.After expiry  45 days of application there is neither reconciliation nor reference to Labour court.

A written reply dated 13.04.2011  issued by  Manager,NIACL Jaipur is submitted   in reply to   Industrial Disputes. No one on behalf of respondent(s) was ,present at the scheduled time 11:30  dated 19.04.11 (both of respondents were to submit reply in six copies, however, unverified photo copy was  supplied which is not “authentic” in the eyes  of law) for reconciliation proceeding  under the  Industrial Disputes Act.Respondent No.2,that is CMD of NIACL, Mumbai has not submitted reply.

Your approach is with astute home work leave nothing to chance and error.

You are building airtight case, with whatever made available to common man, e.g. RTI.

It is evident the corruption, harrassmet percolates down  from top to bottom. The person at the top knows by the time decision shall come he would have made lots of money, assets and so what if he has to face one case, where he shall not be hanged.

Untill or unless the offenders are booked in their personal and professional capacities and some examplary punishment id awarded, the common and innocent citizens shall continue t suffer.

Your post are read with interst.Your fught shall fetch you results.

Your feelings are heartfelt. You have seen it yourself how long and tedious it can be to get justice.

However you have devised your strategy and you are following it to build an airtight case.

You have already invoked industrial dispute. You are aware of the minute details and nuances of the approach.

Since at every step you are facing dilly delaying approach, by set group of indivisuals, you may consider approching apex court for the directions to the concerned to adhere to set and prescribed  rules, law of the land, so that justice can be granted to the seeker of the justice.
