We are with you. Fight the case. In case you fall short of money pl do let us know. We will be glad to back up. This country needs a whole lot of you to get rid of the blacksheeps. I am engaged in fighting a battle with the mightiest in the Min of Def ( GOI ) which is allowing CDA ( Controllers of Defence Accounts ) staff/Est to not only avail CSD facility( exclusively meant for Troops( serving or retd armed forces personnel of the regular military units) but allowing them to run their own URCs( Unit Run Canteens) in gross violation of the constitution of India. A vast sums of money in the process in the process is being lost as sales tax to the govt of the states as well as to govt of India as issue of smart cards to almost all civilians govt employees has become routine to expand the Canteen Stores Deptt and the sales through URCs.

And above all profits generated to the tune of 1.77 lac crores is being transferred to the so called private funds from the canteen stores deptt which is solely owned Govt of India enterprise. Mr CAG who sees all fouls in the 2 G scam is indiffrent to this issue as his tribes are being directly benefited from the loot and scoot.

CPIO has commented no comment(point 2-7)  can be made by CPIO on the orders passed by CPIO.

The hearing was held by Video conference. Is is not possible to get copy of the video, by any means e.g. RTI, appeal, writ etc? From the video recording point number 6 and others can be established, if it is not found in the notes etc.

Or your strategy is to firts obtain copy of notes etc for which CPIO has asked for the payment of Rs.2/page for 32 pages, and then proceed to obtain video recordings to establish the lapses and hence unjustice.

Although it has taken hell of a time but it is believed that you are inching close to your objectives.
