Ejectment of respondent.

Dear Sir,

                   I am running a shop from last 50 years on rent, Now my landlord wants to vacant the shop on the ground of personal necessisity for his son. i have no other shop to run. Is there any law that Father vacant the shop for his son.Please give me your expert opinion.

Need of any family member is considered as bonafide requirement of the Landlord and a petition for eviction can be filed on this ground.

Let the landlord give notice and file case , need not bother. Very deficult to evict if you take proper legal steps.
