Now a days some  Magistrates consider themselves above law and they decide the case with bias and benefit the litigant who **********him. Presiding officer know they are protected by law regarding their accountability so for ********** they behave improper which lead to destruction of future of many persons rather I will say they kill the persons with their decision. So such officer should be charged u/s 302

Mr Bechara

The point here is that in our country, the majority of judges are ALWAYS biased... what makes you think the appellate court is  unbiased?

Vishwa

you are absolutely right. So what is the remedy.

Simply sit down in house only only only............................

Never go to court since you will never get justice even if your case is strong chances of winning are negative since presiding officer,s decision is final whether wrong or right. It is upto the magistrate whether he sees empty portion or filled portion of glass.

Mr kushan

your advice is unacceptable since think of situation if the biased judge convicts the innocent  or acquits the culprit. How you can suggest to allow a presiding officer to give the biased judgement when you know the biased judgement will complicate the case only. Pls suggest in responsible manner on public platform

There are many methods to come out of such situations instead of complaining.

Mr Shashi Kumar

What are methods?

It's a lawyer's or litigants duty that if he come to know that a Judge is biased of dishonesty of him, he must complain against him to concerning authorities.

Shashiji, If you aware, Apex court is weeping in recent judgements about dishonesty of Judges.
