sir the couples are not to be blamed entirely.

i however agree that partners shud apply their own mind when their family members are misleading them.

but when legal persons tell them wrong things,how can they apply their mind,esp. since they dont know the laws as much as legal persons know?....in that case they depend on them and trust them.

There are many who can advise you.

You have to take a decision.

You have a vision what is right and what is wrong.

If not then gain some knowledge with the help of lawyers and LCI team members and then you are capable to take decision .

There are many clients who can also help lawyers in their case and obviously the lawyer 's burden towards their client becomes less as the client is allready intelligent,mature.

Ignorance of law is no excuse as the rule of law said but how many of us know the law?

We are thankful that LCI site spread the knowledge to the people.
