A consumer take a budget from a renowned home colour brand to colour his office thoroughly and paid the total sum to them as advance.
But due to change of colour shade the service provider promise him to return the excess amount within 30days which he paid earlier.
But after 4 months the company neither give any completion certificate nor return the excess money though they complete the paint job.
For this purpose he like to send a legal notice to him.
Please guide me.

If you have got proof for the money paid and also for the promise by the service provider to refund the money back, you will have to urge all the points and ask for refund within 15 days after the receipt of the legal notice sent. You can go to consumer forum if he is not willing to refund the money.
