Hi Experts,
kindly guide me on the below. one of my tenants have vacated my house. but he is a very notorious guy.
he has not given my pending dues related to Last month current bill, rent etc . all in all nearly 10,000/-
when I am asking him he is using unparliamentary language.
is there any way I can take legal action against him ? it's not only for money but also for justice.
kindly suggest me.
Dear querist,
If you have any have evidence that he was your tenant and he defaulted then send him legal notice for recovery of money.
