I am 18 years old my father was government teacher he was died on 4-7-2014 and my mother was also died on 11-9-2014 sir please tell me how to apply compassionate job

hi om prakash sir , i am jai pratap from chennai , my father who was worked in icf (Railway) has passed away , now i have completed my Diploma in mechanical engineering so i am trying job under compassionate grounds so can you plz tell me what will be the post given to me as per DME qualification ?
