My Friend filed Sec 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and also filed Sec 26 of the same act. But his wife intentionally dragging the cases without any cognent reason... Now what should my friend do to speed up the above cases ? It is clear from the wife's activity that she never came back to his family ? Plz help....

Dear querist,

What is cal of your friend about the relationship, I mean he want his wife to be back or looking other way ??

For custody of child petition is already in motion result will be as per facts and circumstances of case.

Though my friend filed this case to return back his wife in his family but wife intentionally dragging the case.... what my friend will do in this scenario ? If his wife dragging the case in this manner then what will be his action ? plz advice....
