child abuse

case refers to a mutual consent divorce between a couple who had a daughter. it was mutually agreed that the mother gets minor daughter custody (about 3yrs old), the father has no visiting rights for the daughter. one time settlement of rs 4l towards the mother and 10l towards the daughter. post divorce, after some mother changes the name and identity of the daughter and gives her for adoption to her servant without father's knowledge. the daughter with changed identity is then adopted by her servant and taken care of.
what punitive actions can be taken against the mother.
