received by opponent on 28/6/19
but no response for payment within what time frame i can do a case Or have wait till what date

once given time period is over then you can file case in competent court

sir notice has been send on 28/6/19 for 15 days repayment but if he fails to pay then within how many day maximum i can wait to file a case in front of magistrate
