cheque bounce

what is the procedure to file a suit for bounce cheque?
can we file give him legal notice on first bounce or shall we deposit the cheque again and after second bounce we can file?

u have 30 days time after the date of cheque return to send notice, after that notice have to be sent case has to be filed. once u send the notice u cannot present the cheque again. consult an advocate for further procedure.
