mane ak aadmi se 20000 rs liye or
blank check diya tha to usne 400000 ka check lga diya court m ab m kya kru

AAp ko sabit karna hoga ki 20,000 hi diye thay aur cheque blank diya tha. Lekin mushkil hain sabit karna...

I am working with real estate company and my emplyer had issue a salary cheque but cheque has been disonred due to stop payment by drawer of 7 September 2019,can I go for legal action against drawer.

Thanks for your advise and hopefully I will go for resignation within 2 days and will send the legal notice to the company for cheque bounce due to stop payment is this possible?
