cheating 498a counter case

wife filing in family court first mc case and then op filing attachement in my. parents property case is in hearing in April 19 2018 opcase and mc case in March 01 2018. now I know the reliable source her family filing 498a aganasit moy parents and me... what is the remedy for overcome 498a counter case. In this relation I am innocent after delivery of a son she is not willing to come back her I I am filing petition in local police station she come there and not willing to live with me told there she filled divorce not sending divorce.
