charge sheet

dear all

i was accused in IPC 376 & 417. it was happened in november 2018. Now the victim is ready for compromise, but still the charge sheet is not yet filed. how can i proceed this to be closed faster.

When the charge sheet is not filed, you can not do anything on your own to expedite the case. May be Police can treat the matter as closed with finding the complaint is false.

the victim was my friend and she loved me and i rejected her because of her physical effairs with her ex-boy friends. so she warned me to marry her but i refused due to above reason. i was arrested on 22nd november 2018 and came out on bail on 27th december, lost court attended on 2nd b court. as our advocate he is telling to wait for charge sheet, so we are waiting for it. kindly suggest the better to solve this
