central govt. staying at hotel instead of provided quest house.

I dont like to stay at the provided quest house during official tour. shall i stay at hotel as per entitilment. please enlighten me.

No. When guest house accommodation is provided to you, you cannot refuse it and then avail Hotel accommodation.

is there is any order in this regards. if the accomodation n food not suit to the employee. compulsory staying may be during training at training center. but in tour it should not. and it is also not mandatory that employee should stay only at quarter.

place of stay n choice of food cannot be restricted. please enlighten

Who said it cannot be restricted. That cannot be restricted if you are going to spend your own money. It can certainly can be restricted if it is going to come to you from GOVERNMENT MONEY.
