cbsr affiliated private school teacher working on contact

1.As per CBSE circular within 2 years school management should decide on making teacher's job permanent but since last five years we are forced to sign only 11 month s contract.
2. Our salaries are deposited in bank account for all month s since last five years.
but they don't make us permanent employee.
3. As per CBSE rules school can't keep original documents of teacher s in custody but they have taken our original documents and not giving any written proof of documents taken by school which was promised by management at the time of documents submission.
4. principal is threatening all times inspite of no fault. management also support principal and ignore teachers.

You are pointing to violation of CBSE affiliation bye laws…

You may also relate with provisions of guidelines by Directorate of Education in the state…

Before acting on your own, all affected teachers may unite and contact United Teachers Forums in your state and be properly informed and supported… and gather some irrefutable evidences

Approach your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity and specializing in service matters….and worth his/her salt.. for a considered opinion and guidance…

Check at LOCAL courts complex, School/Education tribunal at your location/state, HC etc…

This is required to defend if Principle and Management resorts to vindication and relief from courts..on merits.
