"Admitted (unready) of a case" means prima facie the there is/are issue(s) in the case to be adjudicated after a detail hearing and scrutiny of documents adduced by all concerned parties in the case. Further the court ensure the appearance of all concerned party/parties and to cosider the evidence and submissions of all. Even there may be prcedural defect(s) attached with the case that should be removed.
