Here I bought flat and still car parking from builder before 3 year now I bought my car and I have many problems to park my car in my parking space
because builder sold open space also
he was passed his plan as cantilever car park but he's not done
please help me what to do
You can take recourse of consumer forum in your disctrict for defciency of service. You can engage a local counsel and pursue the same. You may handle the case your self too, consumer protection act is quite felixible in that sense.
