can we married

I'm 20years old but my bf was not completed 21at he was 20yeas just completed. He was doing job.there parents accepted our marriage but my parents are not accepting can we married now.

Boys below 21 are eligible and also punishable for rape but not for marriage, so be in living relationship till the attainment of eligibility.

He had completed 21 years but according to certificates of SCC and deplama was 1996 is there on certificates.what should we do now.his date of birth is 1994
