can deputy collector cancel sale deed once registered due to not taken permission of Disturb area act in Ahmedabad

my registered sale deed is cancel by deputy collector as builder has given sale deed to me without taking permission of Disturb area and that builder only filed case in collector office to take my flat and to harass me can registered sale deed cancel by collector once it is release from registrar office

U file civil case in civil court against themby engaging eminent civil advocate.

But what about collector order? Collector have rights to cancel sale deed which is released by registrar
