can 2 cases be filed simultaneously

1. Can husband file divorce and judicial seperation simultaneously....??? 2. Can sec. 26 hma be filed in sec.9-13 hma cases for interim child custody or visitation rights....????except for GAWA. 3. If no then under which section to file draft for interim child visitation/ custody in divorce cases in civil court where trail under process for husband as physical custody is with wife of the 3 yr old child abd she denies visits. 4. Interim in sec. 24 granted to wife.
