blank Check case

I gave 4 blanks check as a security while borrowing money from a person around 4 lac.
after giving full amount he didnt give the checks..
what will we do sir?

Did you save the check #s..?? if you did you can call bank and ask for stop payment...

Stop payment alone may still land you in trouble. So you surely issue stop payment instructions to Bank and also send a letter asking him to return the blank cheques issued to him as security as the loan amount is fully repaid. Pl make sure that you have full record of settling your loan.

One of relative got my sign Check and he asking me money and file the case on court to big amount near about lakh.
