dear friend
i am a company director from a open catagory caste .
i am facing problem from a person who is enchrochig company property who is from SC CATAGORY, and blackmailing us that if we inform to city authority or police
than that perticular person says that he will go for ATROCITY COMPLAINT as a wrong case to involve us which is illegal....what step should i take to tackle that wrong case...?
kindly guide me legaly , to safeguard from misusing ATROCITY ACT.
