anticipatory bail

how long an anticipatory bail will be effective in a criminal economic offence case
whether it will be effect until the case gets disposed. or it will over before trail starts

if any bail granted u/s 438, it remain effective till final order of court under that matter subject to compliance of condition under bail order.
