ancestral property dispute

we have ancestral property...property have 6 share...we are ready to sale property ...everyone given NOC...except one person...he is not ready to sale property....he doesn't want share...he is not ready to give NOC...Now how sale is possible

It is better to partition the propety and let each of the parties have its share. IF the portion is seperable from the property then that can be given to the party who is not willing to sell his share.

However you cannot sell joint property when one of the shareholder is not willing to sell his share.

Sell entire land for any tight person who is ready to purchase and hand over property to him.let other party file suit for partition and take his share in by proving in court.all of you defend that ,that he is not coparcener and stranger to you family and has filed suit with malafide intention to grab the property with greed.

Note. If more than half coparcener sells entire land the aggrived party can only claim for recover ofmoneybe hurry he before going to court sell it and teach him lesson
