Hi I mukesh vashisth from delhi. My great grandfather we have an ancestral agriculture land in Dist. muzaffar nagar Utter Pradesh.i have two brother .but my father 5 bigha banama my (tau)own Younger brother without my N.O.C.
What is the legal status of our rights (me and my 2 Brother rights) on this land?
I am Objection this ancestral agriculture property.
