I HV filed noc or permission from the court for one year ..and its on the stage of
cosidration but I have need of three years noc now ...what I have to do...withdraw the previous application or amend the same...
as I have no enough time...
Cancellation of NOC
In case the NOC you obtained from the RTO remains unutilised due to change in your plans, you will need to cancel the NOC. This will need you to obtain a Non Utilisation Certificate (NUC) from the RTO to which the NOC was issued for. You can then submit the NUC at the RTO where your vehicle was originally registered.
Later, you can apply for a new NOC with the procedure that you followed previously to apply the former one.
