airtel postpaid connection

I had optout from airtel postpaim connection six months back using portability to idea prepaid connection, but still they are calling n ask me to pay your due amount, my question if there is dues by me in airtel then how could they leaving me with another service provider, is it possible to them to file a complaint against me in delhi civil court, i am from maharashtra
