advocate s right

my advocate attending my case regularly. on last month judge was on one month leave . when he came back he sent notice to my advocate to aopear in court in a urgent date. on court s own notice.
can the court issue notice to advocate to appear in urgent date.

Surprising.  When the Court asks any one to appear before them, is it not proper to honour their orders ?  or is it proper to question advocates' rights without attending and availing the opportunity, when the entire case is before a Judge, and he may get prejudiced and this may be adverse to the petitioner ?

The court cannot keep its interest and convenience above the counsel's interest and convinience and randomly issue notice to advocate appear in court on its own convenience especially when it was on leave for a month. However, the reason of the court for issuing such notice has to be seen.

sir I have same respect for the court as shown in your responses .
But I was thinking that NOTICE should be sent to the petitioner .
