Can Court have powers to grant interim relief in dispute matter pending before the court or direct the local authorities to give permission for limited period of time.
facts- 1. Matter is pending before the court for specific performance under section 15,34 and 36.
2. temporary injunction order is passed and party doesn't have toilet facility and now as my clients are old and can not walk far to use toilet facility so they are asking for help or to ask the court to help or direct the local authorities to give permission as now many schemes are avail to each and every household under swachh bharat abhiyan.
