there was a big plot in Patna district. we purchased one of the part more than 10 years ago. After some years later, another small plot of big plot get sold by owner to another party but they sold it with MY ACCESS ROAD of my plot as plot.
our registry have mention about access road in it.
new purchaser also has registry document of my access road as plot.
kindly suggest me what should I do in this matter.
