Dear All
Please find the you tube videos of the discussion. The lady actually accepts that even if the laws are wrong, they would not be intrested in changing.

If there any possible forum, such issues could be raised and and like the woman lobbying happen, cannot men have their own lobby.

@ Tajobindia: Sir this may not be the right forum for lobbying for men's right as the views in terms of mens right are even though discussed would be inconsequential. What I was referring was more on a organised lobbying similar to which corporates resort to you and the likes of the lady renuka on the video resort to. Basically get the politicians by their balls and get them to pass the bills to effect that are in favour of them.
As if is I have your attention, I wanted your advice on another matter which is below
If the case being in CAW and mediation is not fruitful. In the meanwhile if parents have to travel and FIR is lodged when they are away for 2 months for travelling. Would then automatically warrants be issued. We have not taken any AB as no FIR is lodged and different people have advised that its better to wait till FIR is lodged rather than take notice bail, as the opposite party once informed of notice bail would try hard to get AB rejects. Kindly your 2 cents in this matter.
Thanks and regards

It doesn't refer to a woman, it refers to a goddess.

@ TajobIndia : Notice bail is so called the court saying as there is no FIR but would give direction that defendants be given a time period before going to arrest them, so that defendants can have time for AB. Thats purely on basis of understanding of things as per me as a lay man. Apart from that kindly address the issue raised regards to warrants being issues for parents who would be travelling for 2 months and FIR is filed after the travel.
Thanks in advance.
