Hi All If PIO provides wrong information then what is the remedy available for applicant. How can applicant file complaint of PIO and where? what is the punishment for giving wrong information? thanks ravindra sonavane

FAA and the action can be taken against the PIO.

Then appeal under section 19 of RTI act with complaint to Central Informaton Commission.
